Planning Application for Strategic Student Housing on the site of Cunningham House
The Planning Application Site extends to 1.07ha and is part of the Trinity Hall complex associated with Cunningham House, a three-storey student residence of 70 student bed spaces and 8 staff apartments which is to be demolished to make way for this proposal. The site includes an existing sport hall (to be demolished) at the rear of Oldham House, a Protected Structure (RPS No.2243). The application proposes to demolish the eastern section of the existing rear boundary and associated single storey ancillary sheds which are part of Greenane House, and part of the Protected Structure, RPS no.2245. New 358 student bed spaces are proposed in blocks from 4 to 8 stories high.
