The refurbishment of existing DCC Depot to provide a Tea Room with seated area, fully serviced kitchen with window hatch, staff WC, staff changing area, refuse store, chair store, universal access toilet and male and female WC. A west-facing external area with retractable canopy the length of the tea room, steel shutter for security to the principal door openings at night. Planning permission granted 2022.
Richview Residents Association made an Observation on this proposal and had a meeting with
Leslie Moore Head of DCC Parks service, his colleagues and local Councillors to discuss the Tea Room, Pond, Shelter and condition of the Park.
